Criminal History

If you have any criminal history in the last 10 years, such as a felony or probation, this can present some challenges and not every landlord may accept your application.  However, do not worry, we can help you find a landlord or apartment complex who will likely accept your application.

Time Matters

If your felony is far in the past and you have been off of probation for more than 10 years, then your chances of being approved are much higher.

However, if your felony was not that far back, you will still have some options.  We will work with you to match you to the right property for your situation.

Up Front Deposit

If you have a felony in your history, or if your felony was less than 10 years ago, you may be required to your security pay deposit at the time of application.  This will be refunded to you if your application is declined.

Likewise, some landlords may require a higher deposit at move-in for these situations.

Deposits on apartments are much lower than houses, so if you are strapped for cash, this may be the better option for you.

We will analyze your situation with you and help you through the process.
