We are licensed real estate professionals who understand the nuances of our local markets. Working with us to find your next home will save you time, money, and anxiety.

Our locating service is always FREE for our customers, and FREE for the vast majority of our clients:
- Customers: We will work you into our schedule as much as possible to show you the homes you are interested in. That being said, our customers may not receive the same amount of attention and detail as our clients.
- Clients: Our service is FREE for the vast majority of our clients too! However, in some instances, if the property manager does not pay our brokerage a commission, we will bill our clients a small nominal fee, AFTER we have helped them locate a home and lease is signed. This small nominal fee is just to help reimburse our agents for the time, effort, and gas money they have spent working with you.
- This small fee will be reimbursable to you in the event of any future business in form of a commission rebate, or in the form of $50 gift cards for any referrals you may send our way!
Rent Now - Buy Later: Rent Paid Back to You!
Get An Entire Month's Rent Reimbursed! When our former rental clients work with us to buy a house later, we will rebate the equivalent of one month's rent at the closing table. This essentially gives you back an extra month's rent, and a perfect financial boost for your new move! This is essentially like having a Free Month's Rent!
